Der Patient hat am Tag vorher schwere Steine auf seiner Baustelle geschleppt und sich irgendwie zu viel zugemutet.
Das fällt den Leuten aber meistens erst ein wenn man sie gezielt fragt weil sie später auftretende Schmerzen damit gar nicht in Zusammenhang bringen.
Der Arzt hat einmal leicht die Wirbelsäule von hinten bekloppft, das tat dann sehr weh, der Patient bekam Ibuprofen verordnet und danach ging es ihm schnell wieder gut.
Wenn man im Zweifel ist, dann ist es sicher besser die Leute zur Abklärung zu schicken.
Hier war es aber sehr eindeutig weil der Mann hatte überhaupt keine Herzinfarktsymptome, außer diesen starken Schmerzen.
Ist ein Fall, den ich selbst erlebt habe und da ist auch tatsächlich vom Arzt nichts anderes untersucht worden.

mit so starken Schmerzen hab ich noch keinen Herzinfarktpatienten erlebt der länger damit rumgelaufen ist.
Die Leute bekommen dann schnell auch andere Symptome, die typisch für einen Infarkt sind.
Trotzdem denke ich, dass es in der Prüfung immer besser ist zu sagen, dass man jeden Schmerz in dem Bereich abklären lässt wenn er plötzlich aufgetreten ist.
