Schilddrüsenerkrankung: Hashimoto bzw. darauf folgende Unterfunktion

Danke für all eure Tips, auf die ich heute gestoßen bin. Vielleicht liest ja jemand nochmal zu dem Thema...

Ich bin im Zusammenhang mit der Hashimoto-Thematik vor ca. 2 Jahren auf folgendes Buch gestoßen und fand es sehr hilfreich (hab es allerdings nur auf englisch bekommen):

"Your Thyroid Problems Solved" von Dr. Sandra Cabot, auch bekannt durch das "Leber-Reinigungsprogramm".

aus dem Inhalt:

!! Ich wäre noch sehr dankbar, wenn mir jemand eineN ÄrztIn oder HP im Raum Mainz/Wiesbaden/Frankfurt nennen könnte, der sich gut mit dem Thema auskennt, gerade im HInblick auf den Zusammenhang Schilddrüse-Nebennieren-Hormone. !!
